We offer reliable shipping options within Greece, Cyprus, Europe and worldwide, using trusted carriers such as DHL and Hellenic Post (ELTA).

Orders are usually processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after purchase.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Orders within Greece are shipped via our partnered courier services.

Estimated delivery time

  • Thessaloniki: 1–2 business days

  • Rest of Greece: 3–5 business days, depending on the destination

Shipping cost

  • BOX NOW locker delivery: €1.80

  • Courier delivery: €2.20

  • Cash on Delivery fee: €2

For orders over €50, shipping is free within Greece, regardless of the delivery method selected.

If Cash on Delivery is selected, the additional €2 fee still applies.

The cash-on-delivery service is not supported for international shipments.

CUSTOMS & IMPORT DUTIES

For shipments outside the European Union, additional customs clearance fees, import taxes or duties may apply depending on the regulations of the destination country.

These charges are determined by local authorities and are the responsibility of the recipient.

The only exception is orders shipped to the United States, where all duties and taxes are prepaid through DHL (DDP service).

SHIPPING TO THE USA

Orders shipped to the United States are sent exclusively via DHL Express with DDP service.

This means all duties and import taxes are prepaid, ensuring no additional charges upon delivery and faster customs clearance.
