The buyer has the right, within 14 calendar days of receiving the product, to withdraw in writing from the purchase by sending an email (info<\/strong>@elevenkjewelry<\/strong>.<\/strong>com<\/strong><\/a>) clearly stating their withdrawal to the Company or by sending the relevant withdrawal form<\/strong><\/a> electronically. However, the buyer must cover the cost of returning the product to the Company\u2019s headquarters at 145 \u0391l. Papanastasiou St., Thessaloniki 542 50, Greece. In this case, the Company will refund the buyer within 14 calendar days of receiving the withdrawal notice, to the bank account specified by the buyer in their withdrawal request, with the right to withhold the refund until the product is returned (Article 3\u03b8, Paragraph 3, Law 2251\/1994, as amended). For the withdrawal to be valid, the product must be returned to the Company in its original packaging and must not have been damaged or worn.<\/p>\n

Returns of Defective Products<\/h2>\n

If the product arrives damaged, please inform the Company within 8 hours of receiving it, either by phone (Monday\u2013Friday 09:00 – 17:00) or by email at info<\/strong>@elevenkjewelry<\/strong>.<\/strong>com<\/strong><\/a>, including a photo of the product, so that our company can take responsibility. Otherwise, the return will not be accepted. The cost of return shipping will be covered by the Company. The product must be returned in its original packaging. The return package must include the proof of purchase.<\/p>\n
