Handmade jewelry is delicate, so please always remember to handle it with care, clean it with a soft cloth after wearing it, and store it flat in its original box in a dry place.

Semi-precious stones may get damaged if hit against a hard surface, therefore, they should be treated gently.

Please avoid contact with water, perfume, essential oils, body cream, hairspray, and household chemicals, as these may cause it to lose their shine or tarnish. Always take off before sleeping or exercising.

This item takes 1-3 days to ship. You can choose standard shipping via ELTA (Hellenic Post) as Registered, Priority A’ International Mail or via DHL as an upgrade. The tracking number will be sent to you once your item is posted so that you can track the item and check the progress of your delivery. RETURNS, EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS

I constantly aim to offer you pieces of jewelry of the highest quality. However, if you wish to return or exchange your item, you can contact me within 14 days of receiving it and prior to posting it back.

The buyer is responsible for return or exchange shipping costs, which are not refundable.

The buyer is also responsible for posting the item back by registered mail, in its original condition and safely packaged so that it does not arrive damaged.
