This item takes 1-3 days to ship. You can choose standard shipping via ELTA (Hellenic Post) as Registered, Priority A’ International Mail or via FEDEX International Priority as an upgrade. The tracking number will be sent to you once your item is posted so that you can track the item and check the progress of your delivery. RETURNS, EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS

I constantly aim to offer you pieces of jewelry of the highest quality. However, if you wish to return or exchange your item, you can contact me within 14 days of receiving it and prior to posting it back.

The buyer is responsible for return or exchange shipping costs, which are not refundable.

The buyer is also responsible for posting the item back by registered mail, in its original condition and safely packaged so that it does not arrive damaged.

Due to hygiene reasons, returns of earrings and pieces of jewelry that have been used are not accepted.
